Cummins ISX CM870 (2003-06) Fault Code: 2356 PID: SPN: 2792 FMI: 4/4 Turbocharger Control Shutoff Valve – shorted high. Low voltage detected at turbocharger control shutoff valve circuit.

Possible causes:

1)Short circuit to ground in the engine harness, connectors, or control valve.

Possible repairs:

1)Replace the turbocharger control shutoff valve.
2)Replace the ECM.
3)Repalce the engine harness.
