Detroit DD13 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 191 FMI 13 (MCM) J1939 Transmission Output Shaft Speed Signal is Missing or Not Available
NOTE: The Common Powertrain Controller (CPC) may have the same SPN as some Motor Control Module (MCM) faults.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. If battery fault codes present, fix this first.
2. If any programming done recently on the engine, it may be incorrect.
3. Check other computers on truck for failures (ABS, Transmission, cab controller, etc…).
