DESCRIPTION:
Adaptive cruise control message not received or signal error.

MONITORED PARAMETER:
Adaptive cruise control.

TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:
Always on

MONITOR SEQUENCE:
None

EXECUTION FREQUENCY:
Continuous when enabling conditions met.

TYPICAL DURATION:
2 seconds

DASH LAMPS:
None

ENGINE REACTION:
None

VERIFICATION:
Key cycle – ignition on.

NOTE: This fault code may set if driver does not wait for gauge sweep after turning the ignition on.

NOTE: If any battery voltage codes present, first those first. If code 625-9 active, fix that before proceeding as well.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. CPC recently programmed incorrectly.
2. If the adaptive cruise control module illuminates when the ignition key is cycled, inspect the J1939 wiring to the adaptive cruise control module. If no, very the adaptive cruise control module has power and ground.
