NOTE: If code 164-0, 168-14, or 168-18 are present, fix those first.

NOTE: If code 625-9 present, fix that first.

NOTE: If any engine module has been programmed recently, check to make sure it was programmed properly.

NOTE: Otherwise, the problem is another computer on the vehicle causing the problem (Transmission, cab, ABS, etc…)
