Detroit DD15 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 4354 FMI 4 (ACM) Line Heater #1 Circuit Failed Low

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Wiring between line heater 1 and the engine ECM.
2. Line heating element failure.
