Detroit DD15 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 558 FMI 3 (CPC) Open Circuit
NOTE: Please see the step by step troubleshooting procedures for this specific code.
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Open wire between pin 6 of the Common Powertrain Controller #1 connector and the pin 4 of the IVS.
2. Open wire between pin 2 of the Common Powertrain Controller #2 connector and the pin 6 of the IVS.
3. Idle Validation Switch (Mounted on accelerator pedal).
4. Open wire between pin 3 of the Common Powertrain Controller #1 connector and the pin 5 of the IVS.
