NOTE: This code sets after SPN 5246/FMI 15 is present and the speed limit has been reduced to 55 mph.

Regulatory fault ignored – final action pending.

Always enabled

EXECUTION FREQUENCY:
Always enabled

TYPICAL DURATION:
Two seconds

CEL

ENGINE REACTION:
40% derate, limited to 55 mph.

VERIFICATION:
1. Parked SCR efficiency test for extended SCR faults.
2. High idle regeneration for DPF and NOx faults.

NOTE: If code 3364-xx present, fix that first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Check all DEF supply lines for damage or leaks.
2. DEF tank is contaminated with gas, diesel, water, etc…
3. SCR outlet and/or inlet temperature sensor.
4. SCR outlet and/or inlet temperature sensor connector/harness.
