Volvo All Engines (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: SID 39 FMI 10 Starter Output
Fault Condition: FMI 10 indicates the command to the starter has been sent, but the engine is not turning.
Possible repairs:
Turn the ignition key OFF first.
1) If the FMI is 10 (abnormal rate of change), the command to the starter has been sent, but the engine is not turning. Check and diagnose the mechanical operation of the starting system.
