Volvo All Engines (2004 Emissions) Fault Code: SID 39 FMI 7 Starter Output

Fault Condition: FMI 7 indicates that starter engagement has been denied because the automated/automatic transmission is not in neutral.

Possible repairs:

Turn the ignition key OFF first.
