Volvo All Engines (2010 Emissions) Fault Code: SPN 3522 FMI 16 PID: PSID 91 Aftertreatment Total Fuel Used – Moderately Severe level
This DTC indicates that the amount of consumed DEF calculated by the ECM does not correspond to the level change in the DEF tank.
Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) Aftertreatment diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) is used and the level change does not correspond to the consumption
Observable symptoms
1) Too high consumption
Probable cause
1) Hose
2) Wrong tank
3) Aftertreatment diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosage valve
