The auxiliary fan provides extra engine cooling based on requests from the engine control module (ECM)
Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) Engine running
2) The voltage at pin A14.EA:35 is more than 7.8?V
Observable symptoms
1) Fan noise
2) The fan will either be fully engaged or fully disengaged. Engaging and disengaging will however take some time.
3) High fuel consumption
Probable cause
1) Fan speed sensor
2) Wiring harness
3) Connector
4) Engine control module (ECM)
