CONTROL UNIT:

DETECTION CONDITIONS:
Engine oil pressure below engine speed dependent min value critically below range / Too low pressure.
SYMPTOM:
1. Vehicle speed is limited by engine protection to 8 km/h (5 mph).
2. Engine is shut down by the engine protection function after 8 seconds.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Defective oil pump.
2. Defective oil pressure limiting valve.
3. Clogged engine oil filter.
4. Internal leakage.
5. Low engine oil level.
