The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers that the voltage is below 0.20 V.
SYMPTOM:
None
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Signal line contains a short circuit to a lower voltage.
2. Open circuit on feed cable.
3. Open circuit on signal line.
