CAT 3406E (Prefix 1MM or 2WS) Fault Code: 47 PID: SPN: 71 FMI: 14 PTO Shutdown
The ECM detects the following conditions:
•The timer for the PTO has expired and the engine has shut down.
Probable Causes:
1) ECM Connection/Harness
2) PTO timer programmed incorrectly
3) PTO timer operated correctly and shut down as it is programmed to do
4) Check engine light or PTO switch on lamp failure
5) Vehicle speed circuit/sensor
6) PTO switch circuit/sensor
