Cummins ISC CM2150 (2007-09) Fault Code: 2637 PID: SPN: 3050 FMI: 11 Catalyst Face Plugged – Root Cause Not Known. The front face of the aftertreatment diesel oxidation catalyst has been detected to be plugged with soot.
Verify the ECM calibration is correct. Check the calibration revision history found on QuickServe™ Online for applicable fixes to the calibration stored in the ECM. If necessary, calibrate the ECM.
This fault code is set when the inlet face of the DOC is detected to be plugged with soot. The engine is taking corrective action to clean the DOC. No troubleshooting is required if this is the only fault. This is an information fault only.
Possible repairs:
1)If necessary, calibrate the ECM.
