Cummins ISM CM870 (2003-06) Fault Code: 2355 PID: SPN: 2792 FMI: 3/3 VGT Air Control Shutoff Valve Circuit – shorted high. Open circuit or high signal voltage detected at the turbocharger control shutoff valve circuit.
Possible causes:
1)Open circuit in the engine harness signal circuit, connectors, or shutoff valve
2)Signal circuit short to voltage source in the engine harness.
Possible repairs:
1)Replace the turbocharger control shutoff valve.
2)Replace the ECM.
