PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. If any battery voltage codes present, fix those first.
2. If any 625-xx codes, fix those first.
3. If the CPC4 has been recently programmed, ensure the parameters are correct.
4. Turn key off for 5 minutes, then turn back on.
