Detroit DD15 EPA07 (2007-09) Fault Code: SPN 641 FMI 5 (MCM) Turbocharger Control Circuit Failed Open

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Wiring between the wastegate control solenoid and the 120-pin MCM connector.
2. Wastegate control solenoid failure.
