Continuous when enabling conditions met.

VERIFICATION:
Engine Idle: One minute.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. If any camshaft or crankshaft codes, fix those first.
2. If any throttle or idle validation switch codes, fix those next.
3. Injector failure.
