Detroit DD15 EPA10 (2010-13) Fault Code: SPN 630 FMI 14 (CPC) Communication Interruption Between the Common Powertrain Controller and Motor Control Module
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Diagnostic service tool connection to the CPC/MCM at a specific time within the first few seconds of ignition on, and remaining connected for over 10 minutes.
2. Sending parameters to the CPC while connected to both the CPC and MCM and the diagnostic service tool remaining connected for over 10 minutes.
NOTE: The only required action is to disconnect the diagnostic service tool.
NOTE: The only solution is to disconnect the diagnostic software and re-connect.
