Current less than 200 mA.

TYPICAL DURATION:
Two seconds

ENGINE REACTION:
Derate 25%

VERIFICATION:
Engine Idle: One minute.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Wiring between the ECM and the quantity control valve.
2. Quantity control valve.
