Detroit DD15 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 709 FMI 5 (MCM, CPC) Open Circuit in the Wiring
NOTE: The common powertrain controller (CPC) digital outputs have the same SPN as some motor control module (MCM) faults.
NOTE: This diagnostic is typically vehicle power shutdown that indicates an open circuit in the wiring to pin 16 of the CPC #3 connector.
