If an abnormal voltage or current is detected on the common supply a DTC is set
Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) Engine Turbo Compressor Bypass Valve, Stuck in one position
Observable symptoms
1) Regeneration not possible
2) Possible engine de-rate
3) Low Power
