Volvo All Engines (2010 Emissions) Fault Code: SPN 513 FMI 18 PID: Actual Engine – Percent Torque – Moderately Severe Level

The system calculates the output torque. The engine control module (ECM) will set a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) when the output torque is not within programmed limits. The function is to detect emission variations that can lead to that the emission levels are not fulfilled.

Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) The torque calculated by the diagnostic function is too low compared to the predicted torque
