Possible causes:
1)Open or short circuit internally to the oil level sensor
2)A failed oil level sensor
3)An open circuit in the oil level sensor circuit.
Possible repairs:
1)Replace the oil level sensor.
2)Replace the engine harness.
3)Replace the ECM.
4)The removal and installation of the connector may correct the fault.
