Cummins ISX CM870 (2003-06) Fault Code: 2362 PID: S28 SPN: 1072 FMI: 4/4 Engine Brake Actuator Circuit Number 1 – shorted low. Low voltage detected at the engine brake solenoid Number 1 signal circuit.
Possible causes:
1)Short circuit to ground in the engine harness, connectors, or engine brake solenoids
2)Failed ECM.
Possible repairs:
1)Replace the ECM.
2)Repair or replace the engine harness.
3)Replace the engine brake wiring harness.
4)Replace the engine brake solenoid.
