Detroit DD13 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 703 FMI 5 (CPC) Water In Fuel (WIF) Sensor Indicates an Open Circuit in the Wiring to Pin 09 of the CPC #3 Connector
NOTICE: The common powertrain controller (CPC) digital outputs have the same SPN as some motor control module (MCM) faults.
NOTE: If engine is programmed correctly, failure is a short to ground on pin 9 of the CPC4 connector.
